Lace up your sneakers and be part of something special! The very first River South 5K Run + Walk kicks off on Saturday, September 20 at 8:00 AM, starting from 200 N Broad Street. Race starts at 8 AM | Registration fee is $25.

Free Yoga in Willis Park with McKenzie – River South Festival
Start your River South Festival day with peace and balance! Join local instructor McKenzie Conder for a free, all-levels yoga session in beautiful Willis Park. This energizing morning activity is the perfect way to connect with the community and enjoy the outdoors before the music and festivities begin.

SIDEWALK CHALK CONTEST
9:30AM-2:30PM
Join us for an exciting day at River South as we transform the sidewalks of downtown Bainbridge into stunning works of art! Registration begins at 9:30 AM, followed by the Chalk Walk from 10 AM to 1 PM.
Judges will evaluate the artwork from 1 to 2 PM, with awards presented at 2:30 PM. Don't miss this chance to showcase your creativity and enjoy a vibrant community event!

Join us at the Gazebo in Willis Park to experience the amazing Flint River Tappers! This talented group of ladies, under the guidance of Leslie Earnest, began their tapping journey at the YMCA. Don't miss the chance to witness their incredible performance and vibrant energy!

The Kids Marketplace is a fun and inspiring opportunity for children to showcase and sell their handmade creations—whether it's art, crafts, jewelry, or other imaginative goods. Held during the River South Music & Arts Festival in Downtown Bainbridge, this event encourages creativity, confidence, and community spirit.

HEADLINER | CREWS WRIGHT
Organizers of the River South Music and Arts Festival are excited to announce that Crews Wright, an up-and-coming country music artist and Nashville recording artist, will be joining this year’s performance lineup. Crews joins the festival as a featured act following the unexpected cancellation of Shane Owens due to unforeseen circumstances. Thanks to longstanding relationships in the country music community, the festival team, along with Shane, were able to secure Crews as a high-profile replacement.
Crews Wright, a talented singer-songwriter hailing from Samson, Alabama, first captured national attention at the age of 15 when he won Southern Lights: A Search for a Star. Shortly after, he released two singles that showcased his powerful voice and authentic Southern storytelling. At just 16, he co-wrote and recorded “Big Deal”—a heartfelt anthem inspired by his hometown.
Now 17, Crews is set to release his much-anticipated debut album titled "Crews'N Back Home" on October 16th, further cementing his place in the country music scene.
In addition to his early achievements, Crews has won Male Vocalist of the Year for five consecutive years from the North American Country Music Association International. His popularity surged even more this year after earning the iconic Golden Ticket to Hollywood on the latest season of American Idol.
Festival-goers can look forward to an unforgettable performance, blending Crews’ original songs with the kind of soul-stirring country sound that’s making waves across the nation.
